How to Apply Online to Rent a Home

If you're interested in leasing a home from Infinite Property Services it is best to first find a property you are interested in renting, then complete the online application.

Find a Rental Home and Apply

Review the properties available to rent by clicking rentals above.
Click on your desired property.
Click Apply For This Unit.
Complete the Online Rental Application
Pay Application Fee (part 2 of the Application).  We do not charge the fee until we read over your application and determine that you will be approved based on your responses.

Once you Become a Tenant

We really only ask 3 things:

1. Pay your rent on time
2. Keep the unit and the yard in great condition 
3. Be a great neighbor

If you do all of those things we will handle the rest.
